Large old bar brooch in solid 18K (750 / 1000e) gold, eagle's head hallmark and ram's head hallmark, used between 1819 and 1838. In yellow gold and white gold for the body of the brooch. In rose gold for the pin. French work.
Four-lobed central oval motif, finely openwork, with a rich decoration of chiseled “millegrain” foliage. Adorned with 5 main bezel-set rose-cut diamonds (the central one measures 3 mm in diameter) plus 10 small rose-cut diamonds in the decoration.
