Nothing easier ! Look for the jewel you want to buy, either via the search bar using keywords, or by browsing our Collections pages or our other themed pages. Once you have found the jewel of your dreams, click on it to go to the product sheet. Then click "Add to Cart" or "Buy Now". If you want to add more items to the cart, you can continue shopping. Otherwise, click on "Order". Then fill in the delivery information. To finalize the order, choose a payment method and proceed to the payment of your order. If you do not know your ring size, or if you are buying a ring for another person, for whom you wish to preserve the element of surprise (engagement ring for example), we have prepared this guide to help you.
We also offer free shipment of a ring sizer (France only). To receive it, simply send us a request by email with your contact details to the address: bonjours@58facettes.com.
Resize : apart from exceptions (example: ring entirely paved with stones), the rings can be resized, contact us to find out more.
You can pay on 58 Facettes using one of the payment methods below:

• Bank transfer (on request, contact us. Your order will only be processed once the funds have been received. The shipping time may therefore be extended by a few days for the payments concerned.)

The jewels are delivered in 3 to 8 working days. (Any taxes and duties are the buyer's responsibility. We are not responsible for any delay in delivery due to the customs clearance process.)
We do not ship to the UK.

Please note that all shipments being delivered against signature, you must be present for the reception, or have given power to a third party to sign on your behalf.

Do you have questions about an order you have placed?
After placing your order, you will receive an email with all the information about it. As soon as it has been shipped, a new email with the tracking number will be sent to you. Please note that if you have ordered jewelry from various creators and sellers of 58 Facettes, these will arrive separately.

Depending on the progress of the preparation of your order or the manufacture of the jewel, it may be possible to modify it. To do this, do not hesitate to Contact us.
All packages are insured against loss, theft and damage and a tracking number will be provided to you.
Our sellers prepare your jewelry before entrusting it, properly packaged, to a carrier, who takes care of transporting it to the delivery point. Despite all the efforts made to prepare the packages by our craftsmen, it is possible, in certain rare cases, that the package has been damaged during transport. For this, it is very important to check, in the presence of the delivery person:
- the condition of the package, if it is damaged or bears abnormal traces.
- the condition of the product, if it is broken, damaged, scratched, damaged, non-compliant or incomplete.
If you identify anything, you must notify the delivery note that you have made and / or refuse the goods. Written notification of any damage enables us to initiate an investigation with the carrier. Then please contact us for the procedure to follow.
Return & Refund

For online purchases on the site of 58 Facettes, you benefit from a 14-day withdrawal period.
Retraction implies that you have changed your mind after having received your product in good condition and that you wish to send it back to the seller for a refund.
Jewelry that has been personalized or modified (engraving, sizing, etc.) is not eligible and cannot be returned in this context. Similarly, purchases made directly in store are not eligible for withdrawal.
You must inform us of your wish to withdraw within 14 calendar days after the delivery date. After this period of 14 calendar days, we will not be able to proceed with any exchange or refund.
Once your withdrawal request has been made, you have a maximum of 14 calendar days to return the jewel(s) to us.
The jewels must be unworn, in their original condition, and without any trace or mark.
Return costs will be borne by 58 Facettes.

Damaged or broken jewelry : we are sorry to hear that your jewel is damaged / broken. Contact us in order to proceed with a repair, an exchange, or a refund. You must attach a photo to your message as proof of the defect found.
Jewel not as advertised : contact us in order to proceed with an exchange or a refund. You will need to attach a photo to your message.
Incomplete order : contact us so that we can arrange the shipment of the missing item (s).
In the context of a withdrawal, return of an eligible jewel because you have changed your mind, 58 Facettes offers you the cost of return. In the context of a return due to a damaged, broken, non-compliant or incomplete order, the return costs are the responsibility of the seller. You will be reimbursed by the same means of payment as the one used to pay for your order. In the context of payment by cash credit card, the amount of the order will again be credited to your account within 48 to 72 working hours after the triggering of your refund.
