Complete our return form
This will trigger the return procedure. This is a form in which we ask you for 3 pieces of information: your order number, your email address and the jewelry(s) you wish to return. You will receive an email confirming that we have received your request.

Deposit of the jewel at the post office
After making sure to package the jewelry well so that it is not damaged during transport, print the return slip and affix it to the package.
Refund
The reimbursement of your jewelry will be triggered upon confirmation of its receipt by the seller. You can track your return package using the tracking number on the prepaid return label provided to you.
