Founded in January 2020 by Eric, ESCP Business School, ex-VP Lazada (Alibaba Group) and Alexis, EMLYON, ex-VP JP Morgan, 58 Facettes is the first digital platform exclusively dedicated to second-hand jewelry, to buy and sell or transform signed and vintage jewelry with confidence and simplicity.
Selected in the “top 100 startups to invest in” by Challenges, 58 Facettes is currently experiencing very strong growth. Our ambition ? Become the reference for all lovers of antique jewellery, highlight know-how, guide and advise each buyer in their discovery of second-hand jewellery.

We are currently looking for our Product Owner to lead, in tandem with our Head of UX/UI, the development of proprietary tech tools intended to support our strong growth in the very buoyant market of second-hand jewelry.
Responsibilities:
- Project manager responsible for the design and the good delivery of quality tech tools corresponding to our specifications, in particular on the following subjects: Development of the offer (supply) / Automated pricing tools (incl. database and machine learning) / Image recognition & computer vision / C2C and B2B2C portals
- Interface between the technical team (outsourced by our partner and US investor) and 58 Facettes.
- Feeding the backlog with prioritization.
- Writing User Stories.
- Carrying out tests and evaluations.
- Reports directly to the CEO/Co-founder.
- Strategic position to evolve into a position of Chief Product Officer (CPO).
Required profile :
- Bac +5 training in engineering or project management.
- Significant experience (3 years minimum) in a similar position in a retail / e-commerce environment.
- Strong technical skills, knowledge of the following languages and frameworks: Vue JS / Python / PHP / nodejs / Postgresql / Redis.
- Familiar with micro-services architectures and APIs.
- Sense of communication and adaptability.
- Attention to detail, precision, rigor, structure and organization, proactive/proactive and autonomous.
- Fluency in English (oral/written).

We are currently looking for our Operations star to support our very strong growth business.
Responsibilities:
- Supervision of the Operations team, management and recruitment for the team.
- Responsible for the proper operational follow-up of orders (shipments and deliveries, support for sellers, after-sales service, returns, workshop, etc.).
- Implementation of a ticketing tool for customer requests (Zendesk type) before and after sales.
- Improvement of operational processes and implementation of automations.
- Responsible for putting merchant catalogs online by csv file and their stock and price updates.
- Development of innovative projects (digital certificates, technical tools).
- Reports directly to the COO/Co-founder.
- Strategic position led to evolve towards an Operations Department.
Required profile :
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Operations in e-commerce.
- Knowledge of Operations, shipping and after-sales processes.
- Experience in the use and implementation of a ticketing/CRM tool (Zendesk type).
- Motivated by the operational challenges linked to strong growth in the sale of very high value products and the achievement of ambitious objectives.
- Attention to detail, precision, structure and organization, proactive/proactive and autonomous.
- Good command of Excel.
- Fluency in English (oral/written).
- Knowledge of Shopify is a plus.

We are currently looking for our Growth Marketing star to support our very strong growth business.
Responsibilities:
- Be responsible for the entire online growth marketing strategy in Europe with the objective of opening 4 European countries in 12 months.
- Write the road map of growth initiatives and opportunities, and manage the execution.
- Contribute to the definition of the online acquisition strategy and budget (Search, Display, SEO).
- Monitor performance and ROI of acquisition and communication within the team.
- Challenge the attribution model and ensure a very clear reading of performance in order to make the right decisions.
- Diversify acquisition channels by implementing innovative strategies (targeted email marketing, sponsorship, etc.).
- Continuously experiment and iterate to optimize the playbook for growth in supply (retail sellers) and customer demand.
- Reports directly to the COO/Co-founder.
- Strategic position to evolve.
Required profile :
- Minimum 3 years of experience in growth manager positions in e-commerce.
- An interesting track record on several channels.
- A good mastery of marketing tools and tech/data skills that allow you to be autonomous and very hands on.
- A data-driven spirit is essential to manage budgets.
- A curiosity and a very strong interest in marketing in general is important in order to stay very connected to all innovative opportunities.
- Ability to solve problems quickly.
- Experience in several markets is a plus, and of course a good command of English is essential.
- Fluency in English (oral/written).
- Knowledge of Shopify is a plus.

Responsibilities:
- Respond to incoming customer requests: identify needs, inform, advise, manage specificities and close sales.
- Improve and implement customer success and reporting procedures.
- Contribute to the company's brand image through impeccable customer service.
- Reports directly to the CEO/Co-founder.
- Strategic position leading to the position of Head of Customer Success with the recruitment and management of a team.
Required profile :
- 1-3 years of experience in customer success positions in e-commerce.
- Motivated by sales and the achievement of ambitious objectives and the achievement of results.
- A particular interest in jewelry and luxury.
- Excellent communication skills, persuasion and very good interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English (oral/written).
- Knowledge of Shopify is a plus.
