Returns & Refunds

  • Return policy:

For online purchases on the site of 58 Facettes, you benefit from a withdrawal period of 14 days.

Withdrawal implies that you have changed your mind after receiving your product in good condition and wish to return it to the seller for a refund.

Jewelry that has been personalized or modified (engraving, sizing, etc.) is not eligible and cannot be returned in this context.

You must inform us of your wish to retract within 14 calendar days after the date of delivery. After this period of 14 calendar days, we will not be able to proceed with any exchange or refund.

The jewels must be unworn, in their original condition, and without any trace or mark.

Return costs will be borne by 58 Facettes.

  • What should I do if there is a problem with my jewelry?

Size reduction for rings: except for exceptions (example: ring entirely paved with stones), the rings can be resized, Contact us to know more.

Damaged or broken jewel: Contact us in order to proceed with a repair, an exchange, or a refund. You must attach a photo to your message as proof of the defect found.

Jewel not in accordance with the advertisement: Contact us in order to proceed with an exchange or a refund. You will need to attach a photo to your message.

Incomplete order: Contact us so that we can arrange the shipment of the missing item (s).

  • Who pays for the return costs?

Return costs are the responsibility of either 58 Facettes, or the seller. They are not the buyer's responsibility.

  • Refunds:

Once your return has been received and accepted by the seller, the refund will be made according to the method of payment used when placing the order.

You can track your return package using the tracking number on the prepaid return label provided to you.

  • Return procedure:

To return an item, simply send a request by email to the address bonjour@58facettes.com, specifying your name, first name and order number. To make the return, we will provide you with a prepaid packing slip (at our expense) to print and stick on the package which will be left at the post office.
