- This vintage jewel is decorated with a garland of ivy leaves and set on each side with a line of 3 round synthetic rubies, those in the middle being larger. An arabesque motif set with 3 cultured half-pearls, of which the middle one is larger, decorates the applied top. The old medallion opens with a hinge on the side to accommodate a memory.
