Objet d'art - Antique French Victorian object depicting Aesop's fable.
Master silversmith: Although we did not find a hallmark in the stork, it is due to the level of manufacture that we believe that it could have been achieved by the Froment-Meurice house.

- A large baroque pearl serving as a pot held by the stork, a seed bead outside the bottom of the "pot".
- Two small cabochon-cut stones, one onyx and one turquoise
Hallmarks: The ring is hallmarked with the French 18-carat gold control hallmark representing an eagle's head, which was in use in France from around 1838. We found no hallmarks on the stork.
