18th century portrait swivel ring with pansy decoration, sentimental jewel in 18 karat yellow gold (750 thousandths). The kitten swivels and presents on one side the portrait of a young woman, on the other a thought, painted on mother-of-pearl and circled in black and gold. French jewel from the end of the 18th century. Rooster's head hallmark turned to the left, beak open, between 1798 and 1809.
Finger size: 60,5 EU or 9,25 (size adjustment possible on request)
Condition: exterior glass scratched, small piece of loose glass inside the ring. The miniatures on both sides move slightly.
Note: the swivel kitten works. Fragile ring due to its extreme age.
