The “+” sign highlighted by a rose-cut diamond, the “-” sign by two calibrated synthetic rubies. The medal mentions the quotation taken from a letter from Rosmonde Gérard, the poetess, to her love Edmond Rostand, the author of Cyrano de Bergerac: "Because, you see, each day I love you more, Today more than yesterday and much less than tomorrow.
