- Retro ring, it is adorned on its top with a brilliant-cut white sapphire on a decoration made of gold bars and supported on either side by 2x2 white sapphires on chiseled leaf-shaped patterns. The frame is openworked and the start of the ring formed by 3 gold threads which then meet.
