Superb old cameo with an elegant engraved on chalcedony, it is set on a satin yellow gold pendant set with a drop of fine half-pearls on either side. 3 fine pearls are suspended in a tassel. The thick bail is also set with fine falling pearls. The back is engraved with ML initials.
