Art Nouveau orchid brooch in 18 karat (750 thousandths) matte gold, yellow and green. The brooch adopts a triangular shape decorated with a flower, an orchid, largely open and centered with a green stone (garnet / glass doublet). In an entourage of "whiplash" lines with alternating gold colors. A tassel bead is located under the flower, it is set by 6 claws. French work from the Art Nouveau period, circa 1900.
Eagle's head hallmark and silversmith's mark partially erased.
