Lovely pendant on chain in 18K white gold adorned with an old-cut pear-cut diamond surrounded by 12 diamonds retained by a line of 4 diamonds underlined by 2 leaves set with 2 small old-cut and rose-cut diamonds in bezel and grain settings. The chain is with a file mesh which returns the light enormously. Lobster clasp, double adjustment ring.
