For online purchases on the site of 58 Facettes, you benefit from a withdrawal period of 14 days.

Retraction implies that you have changed your mind after having received your product in good condition and that you wish to send it back to the seller for a refund.

Items that have been personalized or modified (engraving, resizing, etc.) are not eligible and cannot be returned in this context. Likewise, purchases made directly in store are not eligible for withdrawal.

You must inform us of your wish to withdraw within 14 calendar days after the delivery date. After this period of 14 calendar days, we will not be able to proceed with any exchange or refund.

Once your withdrawal request has been made, you have a maximum period of 14 calendar days to return the item(s) to us.

Items must be unworn, in their original condition, and without any traces or marks.

As part of a withdrawal, return of an eligible item because you have changed your mind, 58 Facettes offers you the cost of return. In the context of a return due to a damaged, broken, non-compliant or incomplete order, the return costs are the responsibility of the seller.
