These services are designed to provide you with a hassle-free selling experience and to maximize your chances of selling your jewelry quickly and at the best price. Each step, from valuation to stone certification to photography, helps ensure that your jewelry is presented in its best light and meets buyers' expectations.
The 30% commission deducted from the final sale price covers photography, online posting, ad management, and customer support services. However, hallmarking services, stone certification (optional), and workshop work are invoiced separately and are not included in this commission. For more details on the costs of these additional services, please contact our customer service. Any paid service requires prior agreement on your part before being initiated.
No paid service is obligatory with the exception of punching. Indeed, in the absence of the guarantee hallmark, 58 Facettes cannot offer the jewelry for sale. Furthermore, if your jewelry is too damaged, we may have to refuse it or ask you to agree to repairs in the workshop before putting it up for sale. These repairs make it possible to present a piece of jewelry in good condition and in compliance with the minimum quality accepted by 58 Facettes and also reduce the return rate. The fees associated with these services will be discussed with you before any intervention.
The hallmarking costs are €15 per piece of jewelry. In accordance with current regulations, we cannot sell jewelry without a title mark. This fee is charged in addition to the standard 30% commission.

It is strongly recommended to have major gemstones (diamond, sapphire, ruby, emerald) certified, especially those over 1 carat. Certification by a recognized gemological laboratory can speed up the sale by providing buyers with additional guarantee of the authenticity and quality of the stones.
We are partnered with the HRD laboratory, one of the most renowned gemological laboratories in the world, and we offer preferential rates to our clients for diamond certification. Although this service is optional, it can significantly increase the appeal of your jewelry on the market. If you would like to have the stones of your jewelry certified, please contact our customer service.
