Our salespeople are recognized experts in their profession. However, there may be times when you want to return a part, because you have changed your mind or to correct a defect.

You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery of your order to return any item that does not suit you. (In accordance with article L.121-20 and following of the Consumer Code). To do this, Contact us indicating your order number, and we will tell you what to do. Returned products must be unworn, in their original condition, and without traces or marks. Return costs will be borne by 58 Facettes.

In the event of a problem with your order (incomplete, non-compliant or damaged), we guarantee rapid support for exchange, refund, or repair if necessary. To do this, you can simply  contact us, indicating your order number.
