You can sell jewelry in 18k and 14k gold, platinum. Regarding silver jewelry, we only accept jewelry from major brands such as Hermès or Tiffany.
No, you don't need to create an account before getting started. You will be able to create your account directly in the online estimation tool, just before receiving your estimate. We offer you two options for selling your jewelry:

Consignment Sale (Recommended)
: You send us your item and we take care of everything. This VIP service includes valuation, restoration, professional photography, listing online, as well as secure storage and insurance. The sale is expedited, and you pay a 30% commission on the sale price.

Direct Online Publishing
: You publish the ad immediately and ship the item only after the sale. Your ad is moderated by 58 Facettes, and you also pay a 30% commission. This option allows you to keep the jewelry until it is sold.

Immediate Redemption:
For certain jewelry, we offer an immediate buyback option. If you are interested, you can also contact us to sell your jewelry at the price of gold by sending an email with a photo of the jewelry to capucine@58facettes.com with the subject “Immediate Redemption”.

Yes, we offer a Concierge Service - Depot-Sale specially designed to simplify the selling process for customers with 3 or more pieces of jewelry to sell. After a first meeting (telephone or video), our experts take care of the entire process: pre-expertise, collection of jewelry, detailed expertise, price estimate, professional photography, and online posting. We support you throughout the process, and you get paid once your jewelry is sold. This service allows you to sell your jewelry without having to worry about logistical details, while maximizing your profits.

Consigment-sale
The Consignment-Sale service on 58 Facettes is a simple and secure process to sell your jewelry. Once the estimate has been made by our online tool, you have the choice between two options for sending us your item:
Shipping with insurance : We will send you a prepaid shipping slip by email for the shipment of your jewelry. Shipping is fully insured, ensuring your item is protected until it arrives with us. A preliminary contract will be available once you have validated this form to insure your jewelry.
Deposit in store : You can also drop off your jewelry directly in our store in Paris or at the HRD laboratory in Antwerp. This option is ideal if you prefer personal delivery.
Once we receive your jewelry, it is physically authenticated by our experts. Then, your jewelry will be cleaned and checked in our workshop, then photographed by a professional photographer. The final contract will be issued after verification and authentication.
Yes, all jewelry is insured for value from shipment until storage in a secure box with us.
If no repairs are necessary, our team strives to put your jewelry online within 3-4 business days after receipt. This time frame includes authentication, cleaning, photography, and preparation of the listing.
Yes, a 3-month deposit-sale contract, tacitly renewable for maximum flexibility, is established. Online signing of this contract is required after your jewelry has been appraised. This process is secure and fully managed by Docusign, ensuring the protection and integrity of your personal and contractual information.
After the sale, you will receive an email inviting you to create a Stripe account. The funds will be transferred to this account within 30 days to take into account the withdrawal period of 14 days which runs from receipt of the item by the buyer.
A commission of 30% including tax covers all resale costs, including expertise, workshop inspection and cleaning, product listing, photography, storage, customer service and after-sales service.
We recommend the Consignment option as it provides a complete, hassle-free selling experience. With this VIP service, 58 Facettes takes care of all stages of the sales process, including appraisal, workshop inspection and cleaning, professional photography, placing the ad online, secure storage of your jewelry and after-sales service. By choosing this option, your jewelry will also be presented in our store at 15 rue Vignon in Paris, thus offering maximum visibility to potential customers. In addition, your jewelry can be used in our social media campaigns or in advertisements, thus further increasing its chances of a quick sale.

Direct Publication
With Direct Publishing, you can list your jewelry immediately, without needing to send it to our store first. You publish your ad on our platform, and you ship the jewelry only after it is sold. This allows you to keep your jewelry until a buyer is found. All “direct publication” jewelry is sent to 58 Facettes for physical assessment before shipping to the end customer.
Direct Publication offers greater flexibility for sellers who wish to keep their jewelry in their possession until it is sold. This is also a quick option because you can publish your ad immediately.
The steps for publishing a listing in Direct Post are similar to those in Consignment, with a few specific differences:
Upload a photo of your jewelry
Receive your estimate: Immediately obtain an accurate estimate of the value of your jewelry.
Choose the sales method: During the “Sales Method” step, select the “Direct Publication” option instead of “Consignment Sales”.
Publish your ad: You will need to add at least three photos of your jewelry, including a worn photo, to give buyers a better idea. Once this is done, your ad will be submitted to our team for moderation before going live.
This method allows you to keep your jewelry until it is sold.
Yes, after the sale you will have to send the jewelry to 58 Facettes. Once received, our team of experts assesses it before sending it to the buyer. This ensures that the jewelry matches the description provided in the ad and is in perfect condition before being shipped to its new owner. You will receive all necessary shipping instructions after the sale is confirmed. Shipping costs are the responsibility of 58 Facettes.

The commission for Direct Publishing is 30% of the sale price, similar to that of Consignment. This commission covers moderation, marketing, customer support and physical expertise services once the sale is made.
As you keep your jewelry until it is sold, it is your responsibility to insure it until you send it to 58 Facettes. Once the jewelry is shipped to us, it is fully insured by us throughout the entire process, including appraisal and final shipping to the buyer.
