The "Make an offer" feature allows you to negotiate the price of the jewel sold.

When you make an offer, our team forwards it to the seller in question and will negotiate for you. 

You will receive a response from 58 Facettes within 24 hours. Do not hesitate to check your spam emails to see if you haven't received anything after this period.

If your offer is accepted or if you receive a counter offer, you have 24 hours to place an order at the negotiated price. The price of the jewel will be directly updated on the site.

For any purchase of second-hand or in-stock jewelry, you benefit from our guaranteed return policy and full refund within 30 days, whatever the reason for the return.

To initiate a return, simply contact customer service at bonjour@58facettes.com who will send you a prepaid packing slip (return shipping costs are free). As soon as the jewel is received and checked, our team will refund your order in full.

It is possible to pay in 4 installments free of charge for any purchase between 100 euros and 3000 euros.

To do this, please add the jewel to your basket and proceed to the payment stage where you can select payment in 3 or 4 installments free of charge.

You will then be redirected to the page of our partner Alma, specialist in payment in several installments. You will then be asked to enter your bank card number in order to pay a third or a quarter of the total amount.

This will validate the order and the jewel will be shipped to you within 2 working days. Depending on your choice of payment in 4 installments, you will then be withdrawn from a third or a quarter of the total amount each month until you have reimbursed the price of the jewel.
