About my seller account
You will find answers to the most frequently asked questions regarding the seller account on 58 Facettes. If you cannot find the answer you are looking for, do not hesitate to contact us.
To switch to Seller mode in the user portal, log in to your account and click on "Switch to Seller Mode" in the main menu. This option allows you to access all the features related to managing your items for sale, communicating with our experts, and tracking your transactions.
Go to your user portal, in “Seller” mode > “my items for sale” section. Click on the “Put this item on consignment” button and choose the deposit method: either insured shipping in value and offered by 58 Facettes (you will automatically receive a prepaid shipping slip by email), or the direct deposit of the item in the store 58 Facettes at 15 rue Vignon 75008 or at a partner drop-off point (HRD Antwerp - Hoveniersstraat 22, 2018 Antwerpen, Belgium in Belgium).
In your seller account, under "My items for sale", you can follow the status of each consignment item using a progress bar indicating the different stages: Finalize, Shipping, Received, Processing, Online, and Sold. This allows you to know exactly where your jewelry is in the sales process.
For each consignment item, you have the option of contacting an expert by clicking on the “Contact an expert” button available on the page of the item concerned. You will be able to ask all your questions and obtain specific advice on your jewelry.
You can manage the offers you receive from customers in two ways:

By email
: You will receive an email notification each time an offer is made on one of your jewelry. You can accept, refuse or make a counter-offer directly from the email.

From your seller account
: Log in to your customer area to see all current offers in the “My offers” section. From there, you can also decide to accept, decline, or negotiate the offers you receive.

Finalize
: You must finalize the item details before it can be shipped for appraisal.

Shipping
: Your jewelry is being shipped or ready to be shipped to 58 Facettes.

Received
: We have received your jewelry in our premises for appraisal. Your jewelry is now under the responsibility of 58 Facettes and it is value insured.

Treatment
: The jewelry is currently being appraised, cleaned, or prepared for its online posting.

Online
: Your jewelry is now available for sale on our platform.

Vendu
: Your jewelry has been sold, and you will soon receive your payment.
Adding an identity document and your personal information is necessary for the validation of your seller account and to ensure the security of transactions. This also makes it possible to comply with current legal regulations.
Go to the "Payment & Identity" section of your account, then click "Add your ID" and "Add your personal information." Follow the instructions to complete these steps.
