Here you will find answers to the most frequently asked questions about purchasing on 58 Facettes. If you can't find the answer, don't hesitate to contact us.

Nothing easier ! Search for the item you wish to purchase, either via the search bar using keywords, or by browsing our Collections pages or our other thematic pages. Once you have found the item of your dreams, click on it to go to the product sheet. Then click “Add to Cart” or “Buy Now”. If you want to add other items to the cart, you can continue shopping. Otherwise, click “Order”. Then fill in the delivery information. To finalize the order, choose a payment method and proceed to pay for your order.

If you do not know your ring size, or if you are buying a ring for another person, for whom you wish to preserve the element of surprise (engagement ring for example), we have prepared this guide to help you.

We also offer free shipping of a ring sizer (France only). To receive it, simply send us an email request with your contact details to: hello@58facettes.com .

Resizing: with exceptions (example: ring entirely paved with stones), rings can be resized, contact us to find out more.

If you wish to request the resizing of a ring, it's very simple: check on the product sheet if the desired size is displayed (the minimum and maximum sizes are indicated), select the desired size and click on 'Make a demand'. We will provide you with an estimate within 24-48 hours of your request, along with the feasibility of sizing with necessary instructions.

IMPORTANT:

  • Please note that sizing constitutes customization. Therefore, you will no longer be able to return the ring if it does not suit you. We recommend ordering the ring first to make sure you really like it, before doing any workshop work.

  • Each order is checked by our workshop. In rare cases, it is possible that the requested size adjustment will ultimately not be possible. If applicable, the order will be canceled and you will be fully refunded unless contraindicated on your part.

  • It is also possible to resize branded rings, but this may erase the brand signature. It is therefore not recommended to do this.

  • Please allow an additional 5 to 7 business days for your ring to be sized.

If sizing is possible, here is how to proceed with payment: after checking the feasibility with our team, simply add the product corresponding to the sizing to your basket by following this link: Size up . Select the specifications indicated by our team regarding the difficulty of the operation (Simple, Medium, Hard). Once the product has been added to the cart with the correct specifications, you will be able to proceed to payment as for any other product on our site.

“Make an offer” functionality

The “Make an Offer” feature allows you to negotiate the price of a piece of jewelry with the seller. Rather than immediately buying at the listed price, you can offer a lower price and the seller can accept, reject your offer, or make a counter-offer.

On the page of the jewelry you wish to purchase, click on the "Make an offer" button. Enter the amount you want to offer and submit your offer. The seller will be informed of your offer and can choose to accept it, refuse it or make a counter-offer.

Offers between 5% and 20% below the displayed price are most likely to be accepted. Avoid making offers that are too low, as they are unlikely to succeed.

The seller has 48 hours to respond to your offer. After this period, the offer automatically expires.

No, once you submit an offer you cannot withdraw it. However, an offer is not a commitment to purchase, you have no obligation to place an order, even if the seller accepts your offer.

If the seller makes a counter-offer, you will be notified by email. Since the majority of our sellers are professionals, they usually respond with the best possible price for that piece of jewelry. If the proposed counter-offer suits you, you can place an order directly at the negotiated price, to which only you have access.

No, making an offer does not obligate you to buy. You can decide not to finalize the purchase even if your offer is accepted.

Yes, you can bid on multiple pieces of jewelry at the same time. This is a good strategy to find the best deal for you.

The “Make an offer” functionality is available for all jewelry in stock on our platform at a price above €500. Eligible jewelry will have a “Make an Offer” button visible on their product page.

Once your offer is accepted, you will receive a confirmation email with instructions to finalize your purchase directly at the negotiated price, accessible only to you. The accepted offer is valid for 48 hours. You therefore have this period to place an order, beyond that, the offer expires and you will no longer have access to the negotiated price. If you wish to place an order at the negotiated price but have exceeded the 48-hour deadline, contact us so that we can negotiate with the seller to reactivate the offer for you.

Fitting in Paris

Appointments are possible for items priced above €800 and located in Paris. To identify these items, a “Make an appointment” button is available on the product page. You can also view all items available in this collection by clicking here or use the location filter on any collection page to find items located in Paris.

You can make an appointment directly on the product page by clicking on the “Make an appointment” button or by following this link . This will allow you to reserve a slot to try on the items of your choice.

You have two options for making an appointment:

  2. Opt for a video meeting.

Yes, we also have a selection of jewelry and watches in our store that you can come and try on without an appointment, at any time, from 11:00 a.m. to 19:00 p.m., Monday to Saturday. You can discover the items presented in our store in this collection.

Don't worry ! If you are not in Paris, you can also opt for a video meeting. You can always order the items online and try them on from the comfort of your home. If you are not satisfied, you have 14 days to change your mind and return them without justification. 58 Facettes will provide you with a prepaid return label to make the process easier.

Order in progress or received

After placing your order, you will receive an email with all the information about it. As soon as it has been shipped, a new email containing the tracking number will be sent to you. You can also find the tracking link in your customer portal, in the "My orders" section. Please note that if you have ordered items from different sellers of 58 Facettes, these will arrive separately.

All packages are insured against loss, theft and damage and a tracking number will be provided to you.

Depending on the progress of the preparation of your order or the manufacturing of the jewelry, it may be possible to modify it. To do this, do not hesitate to contact us.

No worries! It is completely normal that the certificate of expertise is not in the package. It is sent to you by email 24 hours after shipping your jewelry. We recommend that you check your email inbox, including spam or junk folders. If you still can't find the certificate, please feel free to contact our customer service for assistance.

Our sellers prepare your items before entrusting them, properly packaged, to a carrier, who is responsible for transporting them to the point of delivery. Despite all the efforts made in preparing the packages by our craftsmen, it is possible, in certain rare cases, that the package was damaged during transport. For this, it is very important to check, in the presence of the delivery person:

- the condition of the package, if it is damaged or bears abnormal traces.

- the condition of the product, if it is broken, damaged, scratched, damaged, non-compliant or incomplete.
